The Leader has a proven capacity and creates opportunities to collaborate with other stakeholders within the third sector.

Leadership

The Leader demonstrates the leadership of the organisation, the system and the self. The Leader has consciously created a ‘leaderful’ organisational culture, where leadership is shared and promoted throughout the organisation. The Leader empowers organisational participants and stakeholders to make leadership contributions.

Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin.
