Tailored security roles for users

You determine what people can see and do in your CSnet® database.

Create roles for people in CSnet® that match their roles in the organisation. If necessary, you can –

• Prevent people from accessing other’s cases as necessary
• Limit administrative people to administrative tasks, outside of sensitive client and case records
• Create ‘superusers’ with access to everything
• Determine which roles can access each report individually
• Limit access to user management, funding contracts and site set up.
