Tracey Acton
Tracey Acton is the Human Services Practice Team Lead and social worker. Tracey commenced with CSnet® in 2012.
Tracey has extensive experience working in and for community sector organisations. Tracey has worked in direct service delivery in out-of-home care, housing and homelessness, and as a youth worker. She is experienced in project management and team leadership in range of settings including community sector workforce management, internal processes and practices including change management. Tracey has deep knowledge across a broad range of community services sector programs, service models, practices and procedures.
Tracey is responsible for managing the practitioner team and for processes of engagement with organisations using the CSnet® service. Her role includes ensuring timely and effective responses to requests from existing CSnet® customers for updates database configuration, as well as supervising design of new implementations. Tracey has a key role in liaising with the technical team to ensure emerging customer needs are understood and prioritized appropriately. As Practice Lead, Tracey is also responsible for the delivery of training and learning resources for CSnet® .
Tracey is actively involved in multi-disciplinary team workflow planning and project management, and she a key driver of regular CSnet® community User Groups and network collaborations.
